"More or less. We can guess at the origin, since usually some kind of dreams come along with it, but we also don't get anything all at once. Dreams can come in any order, and you'll get a power one day and it might take you weeks to figure out how to use it or what it does." Phillip shrugs. "We kind of come up with guesses to keep ourselves sane, but we don't have a good handle on why it's happening in the first place."
