That might actually be useful, depending on what the guy can find. After all, even though Phillip knows more than he's telling, a lot of it is still only guesswork. He doesn't know that it's reincarnation, it's just the only explanation that makes sense that they've been able to come up with. And he sure as hell doesn't have a clue where a god's power comes from. So if he can get any answers about that, that might be worth. And even if he can't, that doesn't sound like so bad of a price.
